A new custom client portal built on ServiceNow, enabling clients to submit cases, see and manage their subscriptions, and access tailored resources all in one place.
Building this client portal provided me with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and how to collaborate closely with our cross-functional team. Oftentimes, we would be under tight deadlines, which taught me the importance of effective communication and teamwork. I gained a deeper understanding of Next.js and honed my skills in creating seamless user experiences while ensuring robust backend functionality.
Additionally, I learned the importance of user-centric design and how to effectively gather and implement user feedback to continuously improve the portal's features and usability.
